Rainer, writing to you on this snowy Dec. 22nd morning to say a BIG thank you to East Coast Limos and their professional chauffeurs for getting all 28 of us home safe and sound.

You guys went above and beyond to accommodate us and went out of ways when one of our flights got delayed by 4 1/2 hours bringing three people back home safely from the first flight and made sure to cover for the 25 other persons. WOW!! This was truly unexpected and extremely appreciated. This is what Service Excellence is all about and Kudos to you all!
